Clitoria ternatea, commonly known asAsian pigeonwings, bluebellvine, blue pea, butterfly pea, cordofan pea and Darwin pea, is a plant species belonging to the family Fabaceae.
Can be served hot or cold. When brewed it is a vibrant blue but when citrus is added it turns a lovely purple. Can be combined with lemongrass or mint for a refreshing iced tea.
